microsoft windows 95/98/me/nt/xp/2000. you can also connect using a mac if you set up your connection manually. see the settings section for more details.

no, you can use the service completely independently from your webhost. Perhaps you'd like to take a look at our sister website for domain registration, hosting and design services.

can I resell this service?
no, but if you're a webdesigner or it professional, its certainly suitable to set up on a client's machine, because the service allows outgoing mail using our smtp server. there's even a downloadable file which creates a new dialup connection for windows machines - a great timesaver. just create a new account for each of your clients here.

can I charge for installing sparkdial 0845 access?
